A Ricoh customer has a large fleet of devices, over 200 Ricoh MFDs. They have been upgraded to AutoStore 6.0. If Service Pack 1 is installed and all of the corresponding components are updated (Ricoh ESA, AutoStore Frameworks, ect), what is the best practice as to the number of menus that should be updated at one time? The customer would like a new form added but wants to limit the amount of time it takes to deploy to the new menu to the entire fleet.
