Has anyone seen a situation where you change the device name on the Ricoh MFP and AutoStore continues to use the old device name? We are using the Ricoh RRT for Device Name. The device shows the correct name, we have restarted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the Java app for AutoStore and also restarted the AutoStore service. The old device name continues to be passed into the RRT..... We are using the device name in the folder path so we need it to reflect the correct name. We have tried to change the name on about 10 devices and all of them exhibit the same behavior.
