Login Authentication via PIN

Hello, new version 5 install here.  Testing first machine.  Server is running ok as is new Ricoh MFP.  We have the first test .cfg all set up to drop the .pdf to a shared folder.  AD authentication working fine.

The question I had is it appears that the logging in will be quite burdensom for frequent users.  They will definitly complain that it take them longer to authenticate than it does to do the scan.  Is there a feature to cache the username from a list or lookup?

Also, I saw in another post that login via a PIN tied to an AD field might look attractive.  That way a user could just enter a 4 or 5 digit PIN to authenticate that would be tied to their AD account.  If we could use the key panel of the Ricoh that would be ideal.  Any ideas on this?  If can be done with a script, is there documentation or an example script that someone could point a newbie to for reading and research?
